Imitation Crab Salad

  • 8 ounces imitation crab chopped
  • 2 stalks celery finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)


  • Gently mix imitation crab, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, dill, black pepper, and parsley in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined. Add salt to taste.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Stir just before serving.
